Q3: In what format do you need the design for printing?
A: We support PDF, AI, JPEG, PNG, CDR, EPS, and more. Preferably vector files, because this way the printing will be much clearer.
Q4: How long does the production take?
A: We have fast production times: standard material bags take only 3–5 days, custom packaging about 7–9 days, and gravure printing about 10–15 days.
Q5: Can you provide some samples?
A: Yes. We can provide similar existing samples for you to test the quality for free — you only need to pay the shipping costs. We can also customize samples according to your requirements at a different price.
